Returns
We currently do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or defective product received
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Conditions:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Exchange will be processed only after the product passes quality check once received.
Exchange Process:
1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. Our team will arrange a pickup for the item.
3. After we receive and inspect the product, we will send the replacement item.
Important Notes:
• Exchange is subject to product availability.
• If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.
• Shipping charges for exchange may apply.
