All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 3–8 business days depending on the delivery location and Shipping Partners.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to track your shipment.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays, which are beyond our control and we may not be responsible.
